Atlantic Builders has a simple philosophy: Build the best homes possible and create extraordinary relationships.
We do that through our passion, dependability, and dedication to excellence.
We also accomplish our mission by building new homes in some of the best communities in Prince William County, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, and more.
Communities that are selected not just for their jaw-dropping surrounding beauty or outstanding amenities, but also for their prime location.
And as fall is here and Halloween approaches, lets look at some of the amazing autumn events near just a few of our Atlantic Builders communities to whet your festive appetite.
Prince William County
One of our fabulous Prince William communities is Fleetwood at Slate Run. Here, you can own your own peaceful 10-acre sanctuary offering innovative and spacious one- and two-level homes. And while you’re here, you can enjoy such fall activities as:
Haunted Wine Tours
From Monday, October 3 through Sunday, November 6, experience the chills and thrills of the Haunted Wine Tour at The Winery at Bull Run. Stafford County
Stafford County is the boyhood home of George Washington, and it’s easy to see why his parents chose to live here. And, it’s easy to see why our Liberty Hall Estates homes are so in demand. At Liberty Hall, you will experience modern living with a luxurious flair on your very own 1.5-acre wooded homesite. And you’ll be close by these fun fall events:
Trick-or-Treat Trail
On October 22, from 4–6:30pm, Widewater State Park hosts its Trick-or-Treat Trail. Dress up in your favorite costume, get a map at the Visitor Center, and then search—if you dare!—Long Pond Trail to find the rangers who are ready to teach your family about the slimy and creepy creatures who live in the park. Spend some extra time in the Visitor Center and learn how Native Americans used their fall harvest, all while completing fun, fall crafts.
Run for Your Life
Be a part of this Stafford Country tradition: the Halloween 5K and Monster Mile. On October 29, adults and older kids can challenge themselves in a 5K up Halloween Hill, and kids 12 and under can tackle the Monster Mile. Wear your best running shoes and dress in costume, as prizes will be awarded! Plus, all participants will receive a finisher's medal!

Fun for Four-Legged Family Members
Get ready for THE event for your furry family friends: The Fredericksburg Pet Palooza! From October 29–30, at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center, get ready to see the latest and best pet products, treats, toys, and more. If you have a pet, they’re invited to (on leash, of course). And if you don’t, the Pet Palooza is a great place to find one to adopt!
Art and Wine in the Park
The Caledon State Park Art and Wine Festival is waiting to delight your palate with tastes from local wineries and restaurants, all while enjoying art and music from local artists. The festival runs November 5 (10:00am–5:00pm) and November 6 (10:00am–4:00pm) in gorgeous Caledon State Park. (Sure, this one is next-door to Spotsylvania County, but we think it’s special enough to include.) Tickets are required, but non-tasters and children are free! This is also a pet-friendly event, so the whole family can enjoy a fall day out.
