At Atlantic Builders, we build relationships as passionately as we build shelter. Our warranty team will ensure your first year in your new home goes smoothly, to answer your questions, and to address any concerns in a timely manner.
60 Day Report.
Your Warranty Service Manager will send you a 60-Day Report to address any warranty issues. We will promptly respond to your concerns and answer all of your questions at this time.
10 Month Report.
Near the tenth month of your materials and workmanship warranty, a member of our warranty team will send you a reminder to complete your year-end report so we may address any remaining warranty issues you may have.
