How does this work?

If you own a piece of property that is located within 20 miles of one of our current selling communities and is within the counties of either Stafford, Caroline, or Spotsylvania, or the City of Fredericksburg, then you have already met the initial criteria for consideration into this program!  Or, if you prefer, let us help you locate a lot within the aforementioned areas to build one of our beautiful homes.

 

Once you know what plan you’d like us to build and where you’d like us to build it, let us help you through the options selection process.  You’ll have the opportunity to choose among hundreds of options in our design center to tailor your house to your desires.  And our design center coordinator will be there to help you every step of the way, keeping the process smooth and worry-free.
