At Atlantic Builders, our outstanding customer service continues beyond settlement. Our post-settlement program is designed to ensure you get the most out of your new home. Our team is there for you to help make sure your first year goes smoothly, to answer your questions, and to deal with your concerns in a timely manner.


After you have had the chance to settle into your new home, our Warranty Service Manager will send you a 60-Day Report to address any warranty issues. We will promptly respond to your concerns and answer all of your questions at this time.


Near the tenth month of your materials and workmanship warranty, you may submit a year-end report, relaying any further warranty issues. Our Warranty Service Manager will send you a reminder to complete this form as the time draws near.
