Spotsylvania, Virginia – At the 21st Annual Parade of Homes Awards Gala held on October 7, 2004 at the Riverside Center, and sponsored by the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association, Atlantic Builders was honored as a single family home model winner for its Radford II at Lee’s Crossing in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Now in its 23rd year, The Parade of Homes featured 23 homes and communities located in the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Caroline and Orange. The furnished model winner was in the single family category with prices ranging from $450,000 - $550,000.
