The sold home was a Chelsey model at St. George's Estates in Stafford County, located off I-95 at Route 610 in Stafford, near shopping, golf, and Quantico.   The all-new design features a brick façade, 2-car garage and 5,000 square feet of living space that includes 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen with morning room and upgrade cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, upgraded trim, flooring, faucets, and lighting, a finished basement and much more.

 

The $400,000 contribution by Atlantic Builders was made directly to the Mary Washington Hospital Foundation's "Ensuring Access To Healthcare: The Campaign To Benefit The Moss Free Clinic." The funds will be used to construct a new facility and create a perpetual operating fund for the clinic.

Thousands of low-income uninsured people in the Fredericksburg area live without proper health care. These are individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare, and for whom private insurance is not affordable. With the population of Fredericksburg continuing to grow rapidly, the Moss Free Clinic has been addressing these issues for over 10 years by providing high quality and medical care to many of the economically disadvantaged members of the community.
