At a gala banquet and awards presentation sponsored by the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association at the Riverside Center in Fredericksburg on October 5, 2006, Atlantic Builders continued its award-winning ways with four 2006 “Parade of Homes” Awards for their furnished models at Stafford Estates in Stafford, Lee’s Crossing in Spotsylvania, and the Villas at Snowden in Fredericksburg.

 

The Caroline at the Villas at Snowden, winner in the category of “Best Multi-Family Model Over $400,000,” also won one of the highest honors of the evening as “Best In Show – Multi-Family.”

 

The Radford II at Lee’s Crossing won for “Best Furnished Model from $550,000 to $600,000.”

 

The Raleigh at Stafford Estates won for “Best Furnished Model from $790,000 to $860,000.”

 

Now in its 23rd year, the “Parade of Homes” is a multi-location tour for new homebuyers showcasing the very best of design trends and new home construction technology throughout the City of Fredericksburg and Caroline, King George, Orange, Spotsylvania and Stafford Counties. Held on the weekends of October 7 – 9 and October 14 -15, 2006 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., the 2006 Parade featured 59 homes and communities spanning prices ranging from homes under $200,000 all the way up to estate homes over $1.7 million.

 

Earlier this year, Atlantic Builders was named the 2005 “Builder of Integrity,” awarded to those demonstrating the highest commitment to quality construction and excellence, by Quality Warranty Corporation (QBW).

 

Over the years Atlantic Builders has won well over a dozen Fredericksburg Area Builders Association Awards, including “Builder Of The Year,” the “President’s Award,” and numerous model home awards, as well as regional homebuilder, civic and community service awards.
