Fredericksburg, Virginia –At a gala banquet and awards presentation sponsored by the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association at the Holiday Inn Select in Central Park in Fredericksburg, Atlantic Builders was recognized with 4 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence Awards for 2006.

The Caroline Model at the Villas of Snowden in Fredericksburg received an award for Best Interior Merchandising/Attached. The Caroline Model has also been honored as “Best In Show” during the 2006 “Parade of Homes” tour sponsored by the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association.

Three Atlantic Builders sales managers were recognized with 2005 Million-Dollar Club awards, with Michele Gillenwater being honored for $23.5 million in sales, Charlie Baity for $14 million in sales, and Pam Gates for $9.4 million in sales.

In 2006 Atlantic Builders also garnered 4 “Parade of Homes” architectural awards for their models at the Villas of Snowden and Lee’s Crossing in Fredericksburg, and Stafford Estates in Stafford. They were also named the 2005 “Builder of Integrity” by Quality Warranty Corporation (QBW), for “demonstrating the highest commitment to quality construction and excellence.”
