The typical timeframe – from contract to completion – is approximately eight months.
Financing is through a Construction to Permanent loan. This type of loan means you, as the Owner, will have the construction financing in your name. Once the home is completed, it will then convert into permanent financing. Atlantic Builders has several Preferred Lenders that specialize in this type of financing.
