As the talk turns to birthdays, we learn how a new Atlantic Builders home can affect every aspect of its homeowners’ lives, bringing joy to those special occasions that can now be celebrated right at home.
And we must express our pride in the way the daughter is the one who recognized and described our hard work to build their new home. Our team puts its all into each and every home we build, and the fact that it makes the whole family happy is exactly the reason why we do what we do.
Afton Villas is a beautiful, attached Villa, Active Adult 55+ home community in Fredericksburg. Just one mile from Route 1, our main level-living homes offer easy access to a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Afton Villas has 2 pickleball courts and monthly social activities to make sure every homeowner feels the community spirit.
Featured in our second featured FaceTime with Atlantic Builders Homeowners video, we meet new homeowners who expected their search to take a year. One tour of an Afton Villas’ model home, and they “fell in love immediately.”
They take us on the journey through their home highlighting what the love most. For one, it’s the openness of the kitchen with its roomy island and abundance of cabinets. For the other homeowner, it’s the second-floor loft that acts as a wonderful getaway from the rest of the home. Both, however, fully loved the absence of pressure during the buying and designing process. Because at Atlantic Builders, we’re not building the home we want, we’re building the home you want!
These wonderful homeowners found their new home in Foxcroft, an exciting new townhome community in the burgeoning Cosner’s Corner area of Spotsylvania County. Here, a community park is at the heart of the community, with a large play lawn, playground, fitness station, walking track, and picnic pavilion. It’s like the town squares in an old painting: a central area for neighbors to meet, relax, and become better friends.
This was the first time this couple was buying a new build home, so their experience is a great representation of what all new buyers in the Atlantic Builders family can expect. They loved the constant communication from our builder team and, most importantly, how the team treated them. “The difference with Atlantic is compassion.” “You feel like you’re a priority, even though you know you have tons of neighbors that are also going through the same process.” “We feel like we are part of their builder family community.”
