A HUGE team of talented tradesmen and consultants are essential to the success of Atlantic Builders. These firms and their employees are the backbone of our operation. We are very particular in choosing trade partners as we expect them to share our ideals and embrace our core values. “Delight Homeowners”, “Act with Urgency” and “Do It Right the First Time” top the list of requirements in becoming an Atlantic Builders trade partner.
Many of our trades partners have been with Atlantic Builders since the beginning. Schiller Enterprises, our interior trim and millwork carpenter, has worked on EVERY Atlantic Builders home since 1988. We also seek to hire local firms who have a vested interest in the communities we build. Their owners and employees live, work and play in many of the neighborhoods we serve.
We encourage and promote diversity not only among Atlantic Builder employees but seek out trade partners who exemplify a diverse workforce including many minority-owned firms such as Espada Construction, a female owned business, and J.H. Kim Associates who was also one of our very first siding contractors.
And while we expect a lot, we also give a lot to our trade partners including respecting their opinions, providing an environment that allows their team members to learn and grow and most importantly having FUN and celebrating our collective successes. Highlights of the year include our annual Trade Partner Breakfast and Summer BBQ where good food and comradery reign the day.
