A good starting point for determining your monthly payment would be to factor in about $50 for every $10,000 financed, not including taxes.

There are a variety of available homesites with unique features in each of our communities. A sales manager can walk with you on the homesites and also share site plans and grading plans. Some homesites do have premiums that vary in price.
Some Atlantic Builders communities do have a Home Owners Association. The costs and services provided are specific to each community. It is best to discuss this with the sales manager and have them provide you with the legal documentation pertaining to each community.
Atlantic Builders provides a 2-10 Warranty through Professional Warranty Company. This covers 2 years mechanical and 10 years structural. We also have our 1-year builder’s warranty, which can be reviewed at 2 months and 10 months after move-in and covers items such as adjustments and other minor issues that may arise due to your home acclimating with the seasonal changes in the first year.
Atlantic Builders offers a Military Appreciation Incentive of $2,500 towards Design Center Options for all retired or active duty military service members. Please check with your sales manager for additional information.
Pre-qualification is always a great way to start the buying process. After an initial appointment, the Sales Manager will put you in contact with our designated lenders. The pre-qualification process can be completed over the phone in very short period of time. As long as you are accurate with the information you give to the lender, they will be able to tell you what you may qualified to purchase, the down payment needed and an estimate of all costs and approximate monthly payment.

Yes. The easiest way to describe how energy efficient our homes are is by using the HERS Rating. HERS stands for Home Energy Rating System. HERS works by giving every home a base score of 100%. Every 1% lower than 100 represents a 1% reduction in energy consumption. The average new home being built has a HERS Rating of 85% to 80%. Atlantic Builders homes consistently have a HERS Rating of 58% to 62%. That means that our homes have a 38% to 42% in energy use reduction, which is excellent.
We collect deposits at the time of purchase and after the Design Center selections are made. Our sales managers will provide all deposit details to get you started.
Our homes go through numerous jurisdictional inspections along with our own stringent quality controls. If you elect to have a private home inspection at completion, it would need to be scheduled through the sales manager and project manager.
